Area

305 m²

The house is designed to open towards the southwest, protecting itself from the strong prevailing winds in the area. Organized around a central patio sheltered from the breeze, the layout fosters a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The daytime area—living room, kitchen, and dining—is conceived as a single, open, double-height space that extends toward the rear of the plot, incorporating the patio as part of the home.

The staircase, which connects the different levels, is open where the house is inhabited, allowing it to share in the spatial quality of the main living area. Along its vertical path, a small secondary patio anticipates the future installation of an elevator, enhancing the home’s long-term accessibility.

Formally, the house is conceived as a solid mass, strategically perforated to frame sea views and provide depth and sun protection to its windows. The abstract composition of the façades and the rough texture of the exterior walls reinforce the building’s strong, introverted character.
